As your personal trainer, I focus on making you feel more confident in your own body. There is no one size fits all in my training style. I want to build on your strengths at your own pace without feeling like you need to push yourself to the extreme to achieve the results you want. I want to educate you on the importance of giving yourself grace to bein the middle! You prioritize healthy food but also listen to your body’s needs (cocktails anyone? or a full pizza no judgement here baby!)


TRAINING EXPERTISE

1 on 1, small group, circuit boot camp or couples training, I have done it all. My primary area of expertise is strength training (heavy lifting, high intensity interval training and functional movements), Glute building, core activation and having fun!
